"The fundraiser show is a great opportunity for audience members to take a break from school or work and have some fun," says Emily Jewer, president of Black Tie, "and it's also a great way to raise money for the society, so we can keep producing musicals each year."

This year, Black Tie is producing the Tony award-winning musical The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. The show will run from March 17-20. For more information, visit the website at www.mta.ca/blacktie/
