FREDERICTON, N.B. – The provincial government has reached a tentative collective agreement with the Crown counsel and Crown prosecutors bargaining groups, Human Resources Minister Troy Lifford announced today.

These groups include 109 employees working in Legal Services, Legislative Services and Prosecution Services at the Office of the Attorney General.

“I am pleased that we have arrived at the second tentative agreement with public sector groups this month,” said Lifford. “As part of the negotiating process, both our government and the union will withhold details of the agreement until a ratification vote can be held.”
