SACKVILLE, N.B. – Members of the Sackville RCMP are seeking the public's assistance with an investigation into a robbery at a local convenience store on Friday night.

At approximately 6:30 p.m. on Jan. 11, 2013, a man entered Sassy's Convenience at 166 Main Street in Sackville, N.B., and demanded cash and cigarettes from the store clerk. He was armed with a knife. No one was injured.

The suspect is identified as being approximately 6' tall with a slim build.  He entered the store with his face covered and was wearing a dark coloured hoodie and blue jeans.

Anyone with information about this incident or may have seen unusual activity around the convenience store before 6:30 p.m. is asked to contact RCMP at 506-533-5151 or Crime Stoppers at www.crimenb.ca or 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
