RCMP block off downtown street

Police block traffic from Milner Lane.

Local RCMP have blocked off Milner Lane in downtown Sackville this afternoon as they conduct a search for an individual, although it is yet unclear as to why police are on the lookout for this person.

Initially, police were stopping traffic to and from Squire and Weldon Streets but narrowed the blockade to Milner shortly after.

Police are awaiting search dogs.
