The 2010 Football Titans will open up their 38th training camp on Monday, Aug. 16. Practices will run nightly from 6-8 p.m. The Titans are one of the most storied programs in the New Brunswick High School Football League and have captured five provincial titles during their existence.
Though small is size, the Titans have a reputation of playing with tremendous pride and commitment.
The Titans return 25 players from last year's team and have a number of talented athletes moving up from a strong Bantam program of the Sackville Minor Football Association. All members of the coaching staff from last year are returning and are very excited about the 2010 season. Many of the returning players played starting roles as Grade 9 and 10 students. A year’s experience and time spent in the weight room during the off-season should pay off during the 2010 football season.
Player registration will take place on Monday, Aug. 9, and Tuesday, Aug. 10, from 6-8 p.m. each night at the Tantramar Regional High School gymnasium.
