Sackville Peewee Macs win pair, tie one

The Sackville Peewee Macs posted two wins and a tie in league play in the past week.
Their first game was against Riverview at home. Sackville squeaked out a hard- fought 2-2 tie. Goal scorers were Liam Conrad from Drew Arsenault, and Kyle Ward unassisted. Kyle Cadman picked up the tie.

The Sackville Peewee Macs posted two wins and a tie in league play in the past week.
Their first game was against Riverview at home. Sackville squeaked out a hard- fought 2-2 tie. Goal scorers were Liam Conrad from Drew Arsenault, and Kyle Ward unassisted. Kyle Cadman picked up the tie.
Their next game was at home against the much-improved Lewisville Hawks. The Hawks took a 2-1 lead into the third. Conrad had the Macs' first goal, assisted by Sebastian LeBlanc and Jaryd Morrisssey.
In the third, the Macs tied the game on a penalty shot from Ward. Arsenault gave the Macs a 3-2 lead, but the Hawks fought back to tie the game. With just over a minute to go, Ward sent Conrad to give the Macs a 4-3 win.
The Macs' next game was on the road against Petty. This turned out to be another close game but the Macs managed to pull out a 3-2 win. Arsenault had a big game, picking up a goal and two assists. Ward and Conrad were the other scorers. The Macs next game will be Sunday.
