Haunted Hart event being organized by art students

SACKVILLE, N.B. – If you thought Hart Hall was creepy during the day, wait until you see it at night.

Haunted Hart is a haunted house organized, for the first time ever, by students from the arts departments of Mount Allison University’s Hart Hall, the oldest and most haunted building on campus.

Attendees will experience four floors of fear, ascending from the existential horror of the first floor’s philosophy and religious studies departments, up to the history department’s tour of Hart’s ghostly past, the gothic, monstrous horror of the English department, and finally ending with the classics department’s vision of Hades.

Open to everyone in the Sackville community, Haunted Hart will open this Sunday, Oct. 28. Fraidy Cat Hours – toned-down scares for families and children – run from 4 to 5:30 p.m. and Fearless Hours run 8 to 9:30 p.m.

Prices are $2 for kids and students with ID, $5 for adults and $10 for families. All proceeds will be donated to charity.
