YARMOUTH, N.S. — After close to 18 months of anticipation, those eager to get a peek at The Lighthouse can now watch the trailer. The movie stars Willem Dafoe and Robert Pattinson,and most scenes were filmed on the craggy, wave-pummelled tip of the Cape Forchu Lighthouse property. Scenes were also filmed in a hanger at the Yarmouth airport. Indiewire.com says A24 will release “The Lighthouse” in "select New York and Los Angeles theaters," starting Oct. 18. The movie will expand across the country in the weeks following.
