ST. JOHN'S, N.L. — Former Hey Rosetta! frontman turned solo artist Tim Baker is coming home for a Christmas season show.

Baker and his band will play Club One in downtown St. John's on Dec. 15, extending the fall tour. The opening act is Cape Breton's Villages.

Baker and company have spent most of 2019 on the road in support of his first solo album "Forever Overhead," which was long-listed for the Polaris Music Prize.

Baker recently wrapped a United States tour supporting Half Moon Run and had another 13 dates before landing in St. John's.

Tickets are $40.99 in advance and $45.99 day of show (including tax and service fee) and will be available at the etixnow kiosks in Orangestores and online at sonicconcerts.com as Friday, Nov. 1 at 9 a.m.

Baker has partnered with PLUS1 so that $1 from every ticket will go to SeedChange, a non-profit that supports a global movement of farmers working to grow a better world.
