Fun on the Water -- Festival a celebration of the Annapolis River

BRIDGETOWN - The third annual Annapolis River Festival drew large crowds to Jubilee Park in Bridgetown July 15 as hundreds took in numerous events including the always-popular canoe and dragon boat races.

The Acadia Seaplants team won the Dragon Boat Races that this year attracted 17 teams.
The festival, hosted by Clean Annapolis River Project and a celebration of Annapolis County’s traditional waterway, also included food, fun, music, and all things to do with the Annapolis River. There was a skill sharing exhibit, live music, children’s activities, and river tours.
The Annapolis River Festival is a major fundraiser for CARP.
