SACKVILLE, N.B. — Want to know more about where the Beausejour candidates stand on important issues? Residents will have an opportunity to find out during two different debates in Sackville over the next week.
First up is an all-candidates’ debate, set for tonight (Wednesday, Sept. 25) from 6-9 p.m. Hosted by the Mount Allison Students Union, this event will be held in Convocation Hall and will see the Beausejour candidates running for federal office face off against each other as they respond to key election issues.
On Thursday, Oct. 3, Nature NB will be hosting a debate from 7-9 p.m. at the Sir James Dunn building, room 113, on the Mount Allison University campus. This debate is part of the nationwide ‘100 debates on the Environment’ program and will focus on topics around environmental issues.
