Alan Roderick Mcleod

The family of Alan Roderick McLeod is saddened to announce his sudden death on Monday, November 13, 2017, in Font Hills, ON. Alan was born in Sackville, NB on September 7, 1939, the son of the late Marjorie and Carl McLeod. He worked for Mavron Transportation in Mississauga, ON for the past 25 years. Alan is survived by his wife, Dolores, sons, Michael of Brandon, MB and Stephen of Winnipeg, MB; step-daughters, Wanda of Mississauga, ON, Bonnie of Cape Breton, NS, Sandy of Mississauga, ON, and Dale of Wetaskiwin, AB; brothers Dick of Westcock, NB; Don of West Palm Beach, FL, Norman of Guelph,ON, Charles of Sackville, NB, and lan of Amherst, NS, and sisters Jean Estabrooks of Sackville, NB, Doris MacWilliams of Westcock, NB, Janice McLeod of Amherst, NS, and Judith Dixon of Amherst, NS; 14 grandchildren, as well as nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Alan was predeceased by his sisters, Carol and Dianne, brother, Bob and step-daughter, Karen. Cremation has taken place and a private family burial will take place at the Westcock Cemetery at a later date. Donations in Alan's memory can be made to the Westcock Cemetery or a charity of your choice.
