Margaret Grant
GRANT, Margaret It is with deep regret that we announce the death of Margaret Grant, age 92, of Toronto, Ontario on Friday, August 30, 2019. Born September 16, 1926 in Inverkip, Scotland, Margaret, along with her parents Robert and Georgina Grant and eight siblings emigrated to Canada, arriving in Cape Spear, NB, in October 1928. A few years later, the family would re-locate in Upper Cape, NB from where she would eventually leave for Toronto where she would spend the rest of her life. She is survived by a sister, Betty Lucci, Baie Verte, and several nieces and nephews. There will be no funeral service, Cremation has taken place and internment will be in the Upper Cape Cemetery at a later date.
