Margaret Jane Reid

It is with sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Margaret Jane Reid, age 80, of Dorchester Cape, N.B. Margaret passed away at the Sackville Memorial Hospital, with loving family by her side, on Wednesday, July 4, 2018. Born in Upper Point De Bute, N.B., she was a daughter of the late Hugh and Elizabeth (Dixon) Bowser. She will be dearly missed by her sister Ella Hicks, Pembroke, ON; sister-in-law Beulah (Benny) Goodwin, Sackville, N.B.; nephews Joe Hicks and Mark Goodwin; nieces Debi Good, Sandra Quenneville, Sylvia Hicks, and Lisa Goodwin. She was predeceased by her husband Donald in 2007. Arrangements have been entrusted into the care and direction of Jones Funeral Home, 70 Bridge St, Sackville, N.B. (506-364-1300). She was laid to rest beside her husband at a graveside service in the Dorchester Rural Cemetery on Sunday, July 8, 2018 at 1 p.m. Margaret's family wishes to extend a special thank you to Dr. Cory Long, the Nurses and support workers at the Sackville Memorial Hospital.
