SACKVILLE, N.B. — The Tantramar High School Lady Titans are pleased to announce Titan Your Skates 2019. The event is scheduled for the Tantramar Veterans Memorial Civic Centre from Nov. 15 to 17.

Eight high school girls’ ice squads, six from New Brunswick and two from Nova Scotia will be in attendance. The event has become a kickoff for girls’ high school hockey in the province, as participating teams get their first look at opponents they may face later in the season.

Some 200 athletes, coaches and team officials, as well as families and fans, make the event a major boost to the Sackville fall sports and tourism calendar. Businesses in the town have become strong supporters of the event and the economic boost to the business sector is growing with each event.

Red division teams include: Oromocto Blues; Harrison Trimble Trojans (Moncton); Central Kings Gators (Cambridge, N.S.) and the host Tantramar Lady Titans. The blue division features the Bernice MacNaughton Highlanders (Moncton); Rothesay Red Hawks; Woodstock Thunder and Avonview Avalanche (Windsor, N.S.).
