Dorchester man charged for break and enters, thefts

DORCHESTER, N.B. – A 36-year-old Dorchester man was arrested this week in connection with several break and enters and thefts in the Sackville and Dorchester areas, dating back to last summer.

RCMP arrested Travis John O'Brien on Jan. 7 and he appeared in Moncton Provincial Court on Jan. 8. He has been charged with two counts of break and enters in Dorchester, five counts of theft in Dorchester and Sackville, one count of mischief, and three counts of breach of undertaking. The incidents are alleged to have occurred between June 2013 and January 2014.

O'Brien has been remanded into custody and is scheduled to appear in court again on Friday, Jan. 10 at 9:30 a.m.
