SACKVILLE, N.B. – Do you know a senior who deserves to be treated like royalty?

Mount Allison Students’ Union wants to reward them with Sackville’s Crown of Winterfest.

To nominate someone for this award, please include: senior’s name, senior’s phone number, reason they deserve the Crown, your name, your address and phone number. Nominations can be sent to community@mta.ca or dropped off at Town Hall 31C Main Street.

At last year’s WInterfest, Lou Lambe, a longtime citizen of Sackville, was presented with the “Crown of Winterfest” from Mariah Malone, community services coordinator for Mount Allison Students’ Administrative Council. The Crown was well deserved to this outstanding Sackville Citizen that gives a lot of his time volunteering for his community.

Organizers hope there are people out there who want to honour a senior for all their dedication to the community over the past year.
